This series consists of journal vouchers (form 1017g) assembled by the Aberdeen Area Office for the posting and control of Individual Indian Money accounts. Individual vouchers document deposits, withdrawals, credits, and transfers of individual Indian monies referenced by agency and posted control numbers. Each voucher is certified by the area office finance officer and the head of the special disbursement accounts unit. The vouchers document the following agencies: Aberdeen, Cheyenne River, Fort Berthold, Great Lakes Consolidated, Menominee, Minnesota, Pierre, Rosebud, Sisseton, Standing Rock, Pine Ridge, Turtle Mountain, and Winnebago.
